It is recommended that you complete the 360Diagnostics™ before beginning the 360Premium Program. The 360Diagnostics™ is great for those wanting to become more educated about their body’s make-up in order to develop a healthier lifestyle. It includes an Extensive Blood Panel Test, SECA Body Composition Scan, RMR, Cardio Max, EKG and physician consultation.
